Waiting for foreclosure of the bank to respond before?

My husband and I put an offer on a house that is sold as a pre-execution mortgage. My realtor told me that the seller broker in contact with him today and told him that the seller signs the contract and said it looks good with him. So now the seller is going to the top of the range of your bank. The house has been on the market since November with a 15.07 fall in the price tripled. Price was original is 200k $ 184k market that offers $ 180 with closing costs of 3%. How long for the bank to respond do you think looks good, also sent prior to approval of the letter. My realtor told me that all pre foreclosure home are subject to bank approval.

It does not matter how long or what was the list price. Banks are concerned about how much should be compared with supply. They also care about how strong your bid is, the amount of your down payment is. I've been waiting over 3 months in a couple of offers. Be prepared to wait a very long time.

Debt collectors trying to collect on a mortgage foreclosure, they do that?

I just had to go through foreclosure on a rental property he owned. 80/20 I had a mortgage I started receiving calls from a company called Financial Group LTD, or Lincoln Financial Services, representing a company that had never heard of. The representative started telling me that he was trying to charge for the second mortgage on the property, it was about $ 20,000. Your right of first offer of the club was that I could settle for 50%. I said I would need 30 days to weigh my options and get some advice about it. Of course, he assured me that the conditions of my contract I had to pay the debt, however, was willing to settle for so little time. Since then, has been calling at least once a day and leave messages, the last saying he would be investigating my other holdings and assets. I called the lender (SunTrust) and they told me I owed them nothing and they do not use debt collectors. I want to make sure this company can not impose my wages or anything else. What should I do?

You owe the money, no forgiveness with business transactions. You at least know that part is legit. I'm willing to bet that negotiated debt another company, as they themselves do not like libraries. Lincoln should be able to give a hint of how they acquired their debt but the debt is sold frequently.
