bank house foreclosures florida
Eviction house I am renting was sold at auction?

Ok so I rented my house March 9. The landlord does not tell me that house was in foreclosure and August 8. The house was sold at auction on May 8, 2009. A real estate agent for the bank contacted me and said that either enter a new lease or a sign-in "for keys" of the contract and no longer pay rent to her. Then time passes and my landlord starts demanding rent. I refuse and she filed an eviction against me. I talked to the realtor and everything seems to be expected of any agreement with them because she now trying to fight a foreclosure has already happened. She knew that the house was sold in May, but choose not to do anything. I was a function of cash for the keys to progress. I am pregnant with two small children. Is there anything I can do? Does anyone have any advice? I currently I have no money to just up and move and am trying to have an eviction on my credit. I forever grateful for any and all tips. I live in Miami, Florida.

Go to the hearing. Bring your proof that she no longer owns the house. You can get that in the Tax Office essosors, needs to prove that the house has been transferred to bank. If the moist is not writing the rent owed. Also bring all the documentation of this rental agreement with the bank and proof that they were paid. You will have to account for money from the rent for the past 5 months, and October
