How I can invest in real estate with a foreclosure on my record?
I ran into some problems two years ago the money. My apartment was not possible last year. I have zero debt now 6 credit cards that are all off now and my piece of scrap cars pay. I can to about 35% below some properties that interest me what is the chance to be approved for a loan?
It depends on the size of the loan, payment, when you can pay (time), and your FICO / credit score. There are some lenders willing to lend a hand whenever it does show that your credit history is on par (in the middle of 650 or higher). It would be nice, of course, if your performance is wiped off the books and credit reports (7 years). You must find a co-guarantor/co-signer so they can have a clean record.
