Why foreclosure listed as $ 0?
Except I was looking at houses and by the suggestion of a friend, and saw that it appears as $ 0, as sold by a real estate agent. Do you know why this would be? It's in the state of Pennsylvania, indeed. Thanks in advance!
foreclosures are sold at the highest price that the seller can get for them, like all other goods. It is the functioning of our economy. If there is a list of what appears to be a small price for you is a scam or a mistake, or property or place is horrible horrible problems. Priced at $ 0 I guess the scam post, but the agent probably say the answer is wrong.
