Foreclosure? Sale of home Mar. 3rd should they be off the property prior to that date?
The house of my friend goes on the Auction block the 3rd of March. Do they need by Texas law need to be out of the house, and off the property? Thanks.
I don’t think they MUST be out of the property by the auction date. But, I probably would be.
There is a whole process involved and your friend should get educated about the process. Call the local legal aid for info if s/he can’t afford to pay a lawyer. Also can check the internet for foreclosure process.
