Where can you get a pre-foreclosure / foreclosure lists are free to the public here in California?
I tried foreclosure.com and the network to negotiation, but it is there always a fee attached after 1 week's use.
Sounds like a good way shorting the market, what els do you think made the housing bubble that is causing all these foreclosures? One day soon I hope to be a mandatory system, the county ran the MLS that is publicly assessable "web site", only then will a fee and the housing market honest.
