Spouces is eligible to claim the former military reserve retirement?
My husband divorced his ex in 2006. She does not have an attorney, is an educated person with a good income at the time. She accepted and signed the divorce papers she got the house kept their pensions. 90 days did you sell or refinance the house and not make any. Stopped making house payments. We have intervened to save my husband's credit. and made an offer … she was denied the court the judge said the money paid to the firm MGT was a gift because it was ordered. (House decreased in value) says she got a raw deal, but courts have become more than and look back to the separation of property. She has lost the house in foreclosure, but want to half all retirement .. He has also claimed bancrupys what she owes us .. Is it right to reserve retirement? Some say that when reserve is not .. I was 8 years regular military at their own 18 book with her. any suggestions about the rest of the mess?
If children are involved, but she has the right to an attorney to be sure.
