Looking for a way to find out what foreclosure attorneys/lawyers banks use and in what state. Can anyone direct me to a good resource for this? Thanks in advance!

I understand the parameters of client confidentiality, but the banks are legally allowed to list the law firms they use. So, couldn’t there be a resource that revealed those listings from the banks?

Create a video blog…instantly.
As you well know, client confidentiality laws prevent attorney from disclosing who they work for. There’s no place you would get this info from because it doesn’t exist. Attorneys don’t compile a list of their clients for public or private use.

Yes, the banks are allowed to list the law firms they use – but why would they? So people can try to get information from them that the bank really wouldn’t give up themselves?
Go online to find foreclosure notices – these are the letters sent to homeowners the month before the house goes to the courthouse steps. Those letters will tell you what law firms do the work.
Some counties put this information online, others post them at the courthouse.
