I am remarried. I still own a home with my ex that we have been trying to sell but have not had any luck. My ex will not help with the house and I have come to the end of being able to financially carry the house. If foreclosure happends, will it afffect my new husband credit?

No.
Not if his name isn’t on the mortgage.

If you are married, then Yes. Unless all loans that you ever apply for – forever – are totally separate.
My and my husbands credit is totally tied together, and until he was divorced, his credit was tied to his ex-wifes.
The mortgage I would hope would not affect his personal credit, but any loans you two apply for together – it will determine eligibility.
IE: He applies for a mortgage loan, but needs your income to prove eligibility. It will affect that.

No, it will not affect his credit. The above poster is saying that – if you two decide to go in together to obtain credit, THEN it may cause issues there, but no, it will absolutely not affect HIS credit.
